Refund policy

1) Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2) Condition of Returns

Items should be returned in like-new condition with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. This does not affect your legal rights.

3) How to Start a Return (RMA)

To start a return, contact our US support team (details below). If your return is accepted, we’ll issue an RMA number, a return shipping label where applicable, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without an approved RMA may be refused.

Note: Please obtain an RMA before sending any returns.

4) Return Shipping

Change of mind / Non-fault returns within 30 days

  • You are responsible for the return postage cost.
  • We will refund the product price and the outbound standard delivery charge (delivery upgrades are non-refundable).
  • We may deduct for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Faulty / damaged / not as described

  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • We will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse reasonable return costs.

5) Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

6) Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Software/digital downloads
  • Items missing serial/IMEI labels
  • Any products returned without essential accessories or packaging

This list is in addition to your legal rights and does not include categories irrelevant to electronics.

Warranty (US)

KOORUI provides a 36-month limited warranty for the whole unit against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Note: For product replacement (exchange), it is only available within 12 months of purchase due to non-human quality issues. From the 13th to the 36th month of purchase, we will provide free replacement of faulty components/accessories(adapter,power cord,base and stand) for the unit. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs/modifications, or consumables.

To make a claim, contact our US support with your order details, serial number, and a brief fault description; we may repair, replace (with new or refurbished), or refund as appropriate.

Spare Parts & Accessories

Spare parts and accessories are available subject to availability via KOORUI customer service or authorized retailers.
